ICAI CA Exams November 2020: ICAI Clarifies Nov. 2020 CA Exams to be held from 21st Nov 2020

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has once again clarified that November 2020 CA exams will happen as per the schedule issued earlier. As per the ICAI schedule, the CA Exams are to start from 21st Nov. 2020 onwards.

The ICAI had also clarified the same thing in the past as well. But due to the ongoing confusion among the students, the ICAI has yet again clarified the same today as well.

The ICAI also issued the official announcement on icai.org.

The forthcoming CA examinations are scheduled to commence from 21st November 2020 to 14th December 2020 and it is once again reiterated and clarified that the examinations will be conducted as per notified schedule.

ICAI has already issued Standard Operating Procedures for the examination centres to protect the health and well-being of the students who are set to appear and related announcements as available at www.icai.org fully highlight the safety measures in place at the exam centres.

ICAI has also come across certain false and scandalous communications being circulated on social media which is misleading the candidates and creating panic in their minds.

Students and other stakeholders are informed that ICAI has already initiated legal proceedings in various such cases against the imposters and has also engaged forensic and cyber experts to establish trail of such mischievous information.

The exams are to start from 21st Nov 2020 and it will last until 14th Dec. 2020. The ICAI has also allowed an option to the students, who are having issues due to the COVID-19, to opt-out from these exams. Such students will be given alternate exams in the month of Jan/Feb. 2021 instead of directly merging with the next term i.e. May 2021.
